Liability Waiver

Timeless Tables & Co. is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the use of our rental items. All items are rented "as is" and are intended for their designated use. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safe handling and use of all rented items by their guests. By booking with us, you agree to release Timeless Tables & Co. from any liability related to the use of our rental items.

Lead Warning

Some of our vintage and antique items may contain traces of lead, which was commonly used in older dinnerware and decorative pieces. While we carefully select and inspect all items, we recommend using these pieces sparingly, for display and special occasions rather than everyday use. If you have concerns about lead exposure, please let us know, and we can help you select alternative items. By booking with us, you agree to release Timeless Tables & Co. from any liability related to the use of our rental items.

Inventory

We photograph all items before delivery. We recommend you inspect all items upon delivery and note any concerns immediately. We also provide all rentals with an inventory  list of items the day of rental. 

Force Majeure

Timeless Tables & Co. is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions. If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to such circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund for the deposit.

We Reserve the Right to Change Our Prices and Policies

Delivery, Pick-up, Travel and Late Night Fees: 

Full-service rentals parties of 1-75 people: There is a delivery fee for any rentals that exceed a 30 mile distance. Parties exceeding 75 people, delivery fee's will be contracted seperately and written in your contract.

Self-service rental parties of 1-75 people: There is a $25 delivery fee for drop-off and a $25 delivery fee for pick-up. There is an additional late night drop-off (self-serve) and pickup fee (full- service) of $25/per hour for every pick-up starting at 9:00pm and every hour thereafter will add an additional $25 an hour. Anything exceeding 11:00pm will go to next day rental and you will be charged for a full days rental per item, unless otherwise discussed in contract. For any event over 30 miles of 1578 Smith st North Providence Rhode Island 02911, there is an added travel fee. Every 15 mile range increment will increase by $50. Anything exceeding 78 miles will be contracted seperately and written in contract. If you are using Timelss Tables & Co. full event planning these fees do not apply. For Event planning (The Steward), fees will be different and contracted into your event seperatley.

Full-service and Self-service milage increase prices for deliveries.

31-46 miles =  $50 additional Travel Fee 

47-62 miles = $100 Travel Fee Travel Fee

63-78 miles = $150 Travel Fee Travel Fee

How Timelss Tables & Co. Rentals work:

You can choose between Full-Service and Self-Service rentals.

Full-Service: Timeless Tables & Co. will set place settings on all of the tables for your event; when guests finish eating, we then clear the settings. All of the package prices include labor for 1 hour of set up and 1 hour for up to 75 guests. If you need us for longer, any additional time will be charged extra or taken out of the reserved portion of the deposit in the case that you did not foresee needing us longer. It is best if you plan ahead and utilize our add-ons for staffing if you believe you desire or need a host or service attendant. - If you are renting dessert table items (dessert platters, dessert bowls, dessert stands, cake stands), we will come back at the end of your event to pick those up. 

Self-Service: The Vintage Table Company will deliver your rentals the night before or morning of your event, and pick up the evening of or morning after - TBD based on your venue’s procedures. 

There is a 50 guest minimum for events more than 35 miles from Trenton, MI (48183). We will service events with less than 50 guests but the fee will be for 50 guests at minimum.

There is a $200 minimum for all events. Prices and travel fee are subject to change prior to your commitment to work together.
