We take your health seriously. Herbal products, teas, tinctures, and topical preparations cannot be returned once purchased — just as a pharmacy cannot resell opened medications.
What if something arrives damaged or we made a mistake?If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Shelf Life: 1-2 years when stored properly. Storage: Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from moisture, heat, and strong odors. Avoid the refrigerator, condensation can introduce moisture. Signs of age: Loss of aroma, faded color, or flat taste. If you see mold or smell mustiness, discard.

Most Tinctures are alcohol based, unless otherwise stated. Kids tinctures are glycerine based. If you prefer non-alcohol based please reach out so we can customize for you.
For Alcohol-Based Tinctures
Shelf Life: 3-5 years when stored properly. The alcohol acts as a natural preservative. Storage: Store in amber or cobalt blue glass bottles (why we use them) away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep tightly sealed. Signs of age: If you notice cloudiness, off-odors, or sediment that wasn't there before, it's best to replace it.
Standard Glycerin Tincture
Kids- **Reminder, always consult a licensed physician before usage. Golden Rule for kids-Start low, go slow, dilute in water, juice, or tea, can be strong tasting
Shelf Life: 14-24 months when stored properly. Storage: Store in amber glass bottles away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep tightly sealed. Refrigeration extends freshness and is recommended for long-term storage. Note: Glycerin tinctures have a sweeter taste and shorter shelf life than alcohol-based tinctures. If you notice cloudiness, off-odors, or any signs of mold, discontinue use.
Topical Treasures (Salves, Creams, Balms) **Reminder always consult a licensed physician before usage
How to Use: Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin. Gently massage until absorbed. Use daily or as needed. Patch Test Recommended. Shelf Life: 2-3 years unopened; 6-12 months after opening. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed unless specified. Signs of age: If you notice changes in smell, texture, or color, or see any signs of mold, discontinue use. Discontinue use if: Irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.
For Honey-Based Syrups (Winter Warrior, The Soother, Fever Tamer) **Reminder always consult a licensed physician before usage
Shelf Life: 6-9 months (refrigerated). Storage: Refrigerate. Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid introducing moisture. Wooden is best Signs of age: If you see fermentation (bubbles), off-smell, or mold, discard immediately.
