Nar-One Lebanese Fire Cider you will not regret
In my family, this is the remedy we reach for when sickness tries to take hold. Nar is my take on fire cider. a traditiional herbalist inspired blend of raw, whole ingredients, slowly steeped in organic apple cider vinegar.
Inside every jar: fresh turmeric, ginger, garlic, horseradish, sliced onion, a single jalapeño slice, a few cloves, a half cinnamon stick, and bright slices of lemon, lime, and orange.
It's potent. It's spicy. It's not for the faint of heart. IT WORKS!
Traditional use and personal experience:In our home, if someone wakes up feeling under the weather, a small amount of Nar in the morning and another at night – followed by a spoonful of raw honey – has often meant waking up the next day feeling clear and well again. It's been known to help clear coughs, ease bronchial discomfort, and soothe sore throats.
How to use: Take 1–2 teaspoons at the first sign of illness, followed by a spoonful of raw honey if desired. (we use this as a chaser) Repeat up to three times daily. Adults only (or children over 5 with a doctor's guidance – start with a few drops).
Note: This is a living, fermented product. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before each use.
Caution: Contains raw garlic, horseradish, and jalapeño. May cause temporary warmth or tingling. Do not take if you are pregnant, nursing, taking blood‑thinning medication, or have a known allergy to any ingredient. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new herbal routine – especially if you have a medical condition.
Made by hand, from our kitchen to yours. Traditional medicine, honest craft.
