Due to the nature of our products and for your safety, all sales are final.

We take your health seriously. Herbal products, teas, tinctures, and topical preparations cannot be returned once purchased — just as a pharmacy cannot resell opened medications.

What if something arrives damaged or we made a mistake?If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Why 48 hours?

• This protects both you and us

What if I change my mind? We understand, but we can't accept returns for change of mind. Each product is handcrafted in small batches just for you.

We recommend opening and inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. We cannot accept claims for damage or error reported after 48 hours.

Herbal Tea Instructions: **Reminder always consult a licensed physician before usage

Measure the herbs: Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose herbs per 8 ounces of water.

Heat the water, per your usual tea making process: Use fresh filtered water.

For leaves, flowers, or soft parts- Steep the herbs for 5-10 minutes

For roots, barks, or seeds- Simmer the herbs in water for 15-20 minutes, then strain.

When straining herbs, use a fine mesh strainer or tea infuser to remove herbs before drinking. (compost leftovers)

*The longer you steep the stronger your tea blend

**If desired, add honey or lemon as sweetener

Tincture Instructions: **Reminder always consult a licensed physician before usage

Adults- Acute Support 1-2 droplets every 3-4 hours as needed

Adults- Daily Maintenance- ½–1 dropperful 1-2x's daily

Adults- Sleep Support 1-2 droplets 30-60 minutes before bed

Kids- **Reminder always consult a licensed physician before usage

2-3 years 1-3 drops /5 drops daily max/1-2x's daily

4-7 years 3-5 drops /10 drops daily max/1-2x's daily

6-10 years 5-10 drops /15-20 drops daily max/2x's daily

10-12 years 10-15 drops /1/2 dropperful max/2x-3x's daily

Golden Rule for kids-Start low, go slow, dilute in water, juice, or tea, can be strong tasting

How to Use: Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin. Gently massage until absorbed. Use daily or as needed.

Patch Test Recommended: Before first use, apply a small amount to a small area of skin (inner wrist or elbow). Wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, enjoy your new treasure.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: Best within 6–12 months of opening.

Discontinue use if: Irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.
