• $15 for local deliveries within 5-8 miles

• $25 for deliveries up to 9-15 miles

• $35 for deliveries up to 16-25 miles

Terms & Agreement

1. Cottage Bakery Disclosure: Granny's Cottage Bakery is a home-based bakery operating under cottage food laws.. Our products are baked in a home kitchen that is not subject to commercial inspection.

2. Order Acknowledgment Google Form: Submitting this form is a request for an order, not a confirmed purchase. Your order is not final until we confirm availability, provide a total quote, and receive payment. 3. Payment Policy: Full payment is required before baking begins.Payment must be received:full payment will be required within 24 hours after confirmed order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be voided.Orders that are not paid for in advance will be canceled.

4. Pickup & Delivery:Pickup: Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. We provide a 15-minute pickup window. Late Pickup: If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply for each additional 15 minutes. Delivery: Delivery fees are quoted at the time of order and are non-refundable.Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Food Safety & Allergies: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or other health issues that may arise from consuming our products.

6. Cancellation & Changes:Cancellations: Orders canceled with less than 7 days’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. Custom orders canceled with less than 7 days’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Changes: Changes to orders must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, and approved by TT$ Co. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are subject to availability.

7. Refund Policy:As a cottage bakery, all sales are final on perishable goods.If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will work with you to resolve it.Refunds will only be issued at our discretion.

8. Liability Waiver: Granny's Cottage Bakery is not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or other health issues that may occur from consuming our products.By placing an order, you agree to release Granny's Cottage Bakery from any liability related to the consumption or handling of our products.

9. Force Majeure:We are not liable for failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Notes: Minimum Order: 1/2 dozen per flavor. Custom Orders: Please allow 48–72 hours notice. Allergies: Some items may contain nuts, dairy, or gluten.

Accidental Cart Purchases:If you mistakenly add rentals to your cart and complete checkout without confirming your booking with a host, please contact us immediately. We can apply it to your party balance or refunded within 72 hours of the error. We are not responsible for cart errors made before final booking and confirmation

Liability Waiver

Timeless Tables & Co. is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the use of our rental items. All items are rented "as is" and are intended for their designated use. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safe handling and use of all rented items by their guests. By booking with us, you agree to release Timeless Tables & Co. from any liability related to the use of our rental items.

Lead Warning

Some of our vintage and antique items may contain traces of lead, which was commonly used in older dinnerware and decorative pieces. While we carefully select and inspect all items, we recommend using these pieces sparingly, for display and special occasions rather than everyday use. If you have concerns about lead exposure, please let us know, and we can help you select alternative items. By booking with us, you agree to release Timeless Tables & Co. from any liability related to the use of our rental items.

Inventory

We photograph all items before delivery. We recommend you inspect all items upon delivery and note any concerns immediately. We also provide all rentals with an inventory  list of items the day of rental. 

Force Majeure

Timeless Tables & Co. is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions. If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to such circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund for the deposit.
