We take your health seriously. Herbal products, teas, tinctures, and topical preparations cannot be returned once purchased — just as a pharmacy cannot resell opened medications.
What if I change my mind?
We understand — but we can't accept returns for change of mind. Each product is handcrafted in small batches just for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
