Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment and/or delivery if local. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. We ship primarily through USPS and UPS. Rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing.

Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
TheVille401 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at [Your Email Address]. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping
At this time, TheVille401 ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Ways to get your merchandise:

Shipping
If you choose shipping at checkout, a standard flat rate of $8.00 will be applied to all orders within the United States.

Pick-Up
If you choose pick-up at checkout, you MUST fill out the notes field with an active cell phone number that can receive text messages. I will text you the pick-up location details.

Delivery
Delivery is a separate flat rate of $5.00. Deliveries are available on weekends in Rhode Island only, unless otherwise specified by TheVille. You MUST fill out the notes field with an active cell phone number that can receive text messages, as well as the delivery address. I will text you the delivery window times.
